Guacamole

Materials

  • 2-3 avocados ripe
  • 2 limes 15 sec in microwave
  • 1 tomato ripe
  • cup red onion
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1 jalapeno pepper fresh
  • 2-3 tbsp cilantro
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Peel avocados, cut lengthwise, de-pit and coarsely chop or mash
  • Add the juice from the 2 limes
  • Add finely chop tomato, jalapeno and red onion.
  • Add seasonings

Notes

Keeps in fridge for several days. Stir up to bring back green color.
