Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Let bread crumbs soak in milk for a few minutes until milk is absorbed.
Cut bacon into small, half inch pieces.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands until well combined.
With hands, form meat into balls 1.5-2 inches in diameter. This should produce anywhere from 15-25 balls depending on how big you want them.
Using a dutch oven or pan, sear the meatballs on top and bottom before placing on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Place sheet into preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for five minutes.
Place meatballs in tomato sauce or gravy or enjoy on their own.
